Isac Sartori Gomes, Founder, Network Consult
In the tech world—especially across IT and telecommunications—it’s easy for things to sound more polished than they really are. Buzzwords, internal layers, and neat presentations can often blur what’s actually going on underneath. But for companies that need these systems running smoothly, it’s not the pitch that matters—it’s who shows up when the unexpected happens. Someone who’s not only familiar with how it works, but who also understands what’s on the line. That’s where you’ll usually find Isac Sartori Gomes, not behind a podium or leading flashy campaigns, and not handing things off to automated systems. He’s right there in the thick of it—solving problems, staying with them, and making sure the client isn’t left in the dark. As the founder of Network Consult, he’s built a company grounded in something most talk about but few consistently deliver: follow-through. His approach is steady, personal, and built around people as much as systems. And in a sector that often splits technical depth from leadership, he brings both—each time a call comes in.
From Technical Foundations to Entrepreneurial Leap
After completing a technical course in Electronics, Isac commenced his career in a company in the telecommunications sector. It was a modest start, but one that gave him the technical foundation to grow. Soon after, a new opportunity led him to a German multinational. The selection process was competitive, but Isac earned his place — stepping into a role as a test technician. The work was demanding, but the environment gave him room to evolve. He pursued certifications offered by the company while simultaneously pushing himself academically. Even as he managed the responsibilities of his full-time role, he enrolled in an Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree, subsequently, a postgraduate course in Business Management at FGV, in addition to an international extension program in Ohio, United States— an experience that widened his perspective beyond the technical.
Over time, his responsibilities shifted. He began working more closely with IT-focused projects — setting up client environments so Voice over IP specialists could carry out implementations. His role became more integrative: part engineer, part strategist, and increasingly, a trusted figure among clients. It was 18 years of solid performance, marked by dedication, building good relationships, and delivering consistent results.
However, several organizational transformations, including mergers and restructurings, culminated in the discontinuation of the sector in which he worked. But that rupture — painful as it was — created a gap in the market and within it, a moment of clarity. And, this led to the birth of Network Consult. “It was born from the opportunity opened in the market, from my need to reinvent myself, from the clients’ needs, and from the excellent trust-based relationships that had been built,” asserts Isac.

Blending Technical Depth with Business Leadership
For Isac, the move from technician to entrepreneur wasn’t a transition in the traditional sense—it was rather an addition. While many advocate for delegation so leaders can focus purely on strategy, Isac chooses to do both. He remains directly involved in the technical side of operations while also making key business decisions. This dual role has become a strategic advantage for Network Consult, where clients don’t just expect service—they expect expertise. Isac is often the first point of contact, the one who listens to their needs, crafts the solution, and stays involved through implementation and maintenance. “When clients come to us, they are not only expecting the delivery of a product, but a solution coming from an experienced specialist who also has the authority to make decisions related to cost, deadline, and maintenance,” shares Isac.
The Principles behind Lasting Client Partnerships
At the heart of Isac’s leadership approach at Network Consult lies a deep commitment to three timeless principles: reputation, trust, and credibility. These aren’t values he merely aspires to—they are earned, carefully built through action, and protected at every stage of the business. New client relationships at Network Consult typically begin with a referral from a satisfied customer. The initial project may be driven by competitive pricing and technical confidence, but what cements the relationship is the long-term presence and unwavering support Network Consult offers. Unlike companies that complete a project and move on, Network Consult signs multi-year contracts—often up to five years—committing to walk alongside the client, adapting and responding as their needs evolve. “We give the attention they require and thus prove our value day after day — building solid relationships and increasing our reputation. The client renews the contract, expands the project, and refers us,” adds Isac.
This long-view mindset is the key to the firm’s sustained success. Rather than offering off-the-shelf solutions, Network Consult provides tailored services that grow through word-of-mouth—from one trusted client to the next, all fueled by a reputation that Isac and his team have earned, client by client.

Putting People First in a Tech-Heavy World
In a sector often dominated by rigid systems and off-the-shelf solutions, Network Consult has taken a distinctly human-centric route. At the core of its offering lies the NaaS model—Network as a Service—a flexible, monthly, and on-demand solution designed to shield corporations from the burden of high upfront investments in hardware that could become obsolete within a few years. By allowing clients to tap into advanced, secure, and scalable infrastructure without owning it, Network Consult helps them gain a true competitive edge. But beyond the technology, what truly sets the company apart is its commitment to personal service. From the very first conversation, Isac Sartori Gomes personally steps in—listening to the client’s needs, tailoring an optimized solution, supervising implementation, and staying involved through every phase of the contract. While routine operations are managed by the wider team, Isac remains the client’s constant point of contact. There are no automated replies or drawn-out phone menus—just swift, informed, and human interaction. For Network Consult, that isn’t just a philosophy; it’s a deliberate strategy. And year after year, the results speak for themselves.
Trust Built Through Action
At Network Consult, loyalty isn’t a buzzword—it’s a working principle. The company treats every client’s IT team as an extension of its own, giving them full access to the environments Network Consult builds and maintains. “Loyalty, trust, and related attributes are not something that can be fabricated: they are built over time, proven through actions, and sustained by consistency. They are strongly perceived between the lines and fully confirmed by the results,” explains Isac.
That mindset of mutual respect and accountability reaches beyond just the technical work. A few years ago, the company designed promotional shirts and offered them to IT teams they closely collaborated with—not as marketing material, but as a quiet acknowledgment of shared goals. The message was simple: we’re in this together. Years later, those shirts continue to make appearances in photos sent from client offices, a subtle but powerful sign of enduring connection and mutual respect.
Preparing for the Next Decade of Innovation
Looking ahead, Network Consult is gearing up for a transformative leap. In the next five to ten years, he envisions the company expanding its portfolio into data center servers, with a strong emphasis on AI and cloud-based solutions. The goal is not just to work with existing cloud platforms—but to perhaps build a proprietary cloud infrastructure of their own.
Currently growing at an average rate of 50% annually, Network Consult is actively investing in its capabilities to serve a broader base of clients while remaining agile to shifting market needs. There’s also growing attention on the synergy between Wi-Fi and 5G —two technologies that, when optimized in tandem, could transform how businesses operate. Isac sees this as a natural next step for Network Consult’s evolution. By staying close to the market’s pulse and investing in scalable innovation, the company aims to help clients navigate future tech shifts with confidence and control.
A Word to the Next Generation
In an industry often obsessed with shortcuts to success, Isac offers a more grounded perspective. While many aim for a director position within a year or dream of a million-dollar revenue in months—Isac’s advice goes against the tide. He believes the foundation of lasting success lies in depth—deep experience, understanding, and the ability to work with people. He’s quick to point out a common disconnect in the tech world: many are well-read but struggle to apply even a fraction of what they know. To Isac, experience matters as much as intellect. A PhD holds little value if one doesn’t know how to lead with empathy, communicate effectively, or love the work they do. “The combination of experience, people management, and love for what you do is a powerful combo – it requires patience, time, and resilience – scarce skills! It may take longer, but this is the recipe for building a longer and more solid path,” opines Isac.
During the most difficult and uncertain moment of his professional life—one filled with new beginnings and instability—Isac leaned into three things that had always guided him: his experience, faith in God, and the strength of his relationships. Rather than spending energy on frustration or regret, he asks himself a single question: What do I need to learn from this? In his view, not even a leaf falls without God’s permission. What once felt like a collapse became something he now feels grateful for—because it allowed him to rebuild, stronger and without limits. To anyone standing at a similar crossroads, his message is simple: “Persevere. Stay standing. Move forward. The future belongs to those who don’t give up.”
